2.5D laser engraving of a desired logo in relief design
(= Logo is raised, with a pocket lasered out around it)
– Possible on almost all materials (metal, PA plastics without fiberglass reinforcement, conditionally on wood)
– Logo (and possibly text) customized according to client specifications
– Maximum size 75 x 75 mm
This type of laser engraving requires reproofing if performed on a relevant weapon part (breech, barrel, etc.), as it involves material removal.
For 2.5D engraving on metal parts, a new coating will also be necessary since burrs form at the laser edges, which must be sanded off, and the engraving is cleaned of burn marks by sandblasting.
For a smooth implementation of your desired logo, we ideally need the logo as a vector file; otherwise, a high-resolution .jpeg file (min. 1,000px) in black/white WITHOUT shading will suffice! (Black = laser beam / White = no laser beam)
