Withdrawal information
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take or takes possession of the goods. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, less delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than thirty days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual selection or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements;
for the supply of items whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts
for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

There is no right of withdrawal for the supply of goods or services individually made to the customer’s specifications if the requested work has already begun.
